Greetings Beautiful!Welcome to another inspiring issue of Divine Revolution Magazine. I have recently stumbled upon the writings of a man named Burt Goldman a.k.a. The American Monk. Of his writings I am most intrigued by a report released in May entitled "The Genius Dip". This report is based on findings from a Harvard study that proves we are all born with genius capabilities and tendancies, and as we move through life many of us lose or bury this ability.
In fact, according to Howard Gardner (a professor at Howard Graduate School of Education) almost all children posess genius capabilities at age 4. This means that we begin as highly developed beings. This study goes on to find that by age 20 only 4% of us retain our genius abilities, and over age 20 less thatn 2% of us remain geniuses.
Where does this inner knowing that we are all born with come from and where does it go? Can we reclaim it and nurture it within our children and our adult selves? Burt Goldman claims that creativity and intuition are keys to unlocking our inner greatness, our birthright. I am filled with amazement as I visualize a generation of children raised by communities with the knowlege and love to allow them to remain whole. The possibilities are endless!
