My work originates from a love and experience of nature. I give emphasis to the process of creating my work as I find parallels between the building up of each piece and that of a landscape in nature, how it is always alive, always undergoing a process of change – a building up of circumstances, events, influences, and memories. My work is abstract in appearance and I primarily work on wood panels using acrylic, oil and other mixed media.
