My name is Open Heart
It is who I am.
It is what I am,
Open to my truth
Open to The Truth
Open to all
Open to everything.
I used to be Closed Heart
or Broken Heart
Afraid and beaten
Small and unseen even to myself
Unaware that my heart was broken
Unaware that it was tightly closed.
I am grateful to be Open Heart
To see in a way I used to only remember
To have my heart be available to me
To recognize that it’s been forever with me
And will be for eternity.
I AM OPEN HEART!
I call out my name
With strength
With power
With joy and OUT LOUD!
I hear the sound echo all around me.
I see it flying, enfolding the entire earth.
I see it circle the highest mountains.
It is proclaimed!
I AM OPEN HEART!
I am here!
I am free!
I can breathe!
I SCREAM my name from the
it is you.
You are one with the Light.
You are the Light,
The Light of God
The Light of Love
The Light of Wisdom.
Soon you will see
The Light glows within,
also, just as brightly.
Then you will truly be free.
I feel it course through my body as it pours out and claims its veracity.
It can not be denied.
It can not be repressed.
I breathe a sigh and hear “Yes”
Yes, dear Open Heart
You are heard.
You are known.
You are loved.
Yes, sweet Open Heart
You are dear.
You are needed
in the universe.

Can you say yes now?

Can you feel the Power, the Presence
that flows through you?
Can you contain the joy
coming to you?
Those visions of a little one smiling so brightly
doing cartwheels and jumping for joy;
they are but a reflection
physically expressing
with so much energy,
that they must become movement.
It must be expressed… shouted…danced!
All these were you expressing me
through the only means you could see.
But now you are Open Heart!
We welcome you back
Now you can dance with eternity.
